Crepe Paper, Tulle and Ribbon obsession :)
My studio is a mess.
It looks like Beelzebub has come in there and wreaked havoc. It's been a mess since the night I went into the hospital a couple of weeks ago for my emergency appendectomy when I was in the middle of starting to clean it out. Today I got my cabinet cleaned and organized with my crepe paper, tulle and ribbon so that is at least progress.
On the upside, no dogs have yacked in the last 12 hours.
On the downside, guess who's now feeling like she's swallowing razor blades?
Meh.
Love,
LuLu~*xoxo

Dearest Friend LuLu,
So glad to hear the puppies are better, but please take care of yourself now! There are lots of bad bugs going around out there.
Hugs and glasses of iced peppermint tea for you,
Betty
HI Doll! Happy New Year! just catching up on your last few posts. glad the dogs seemed tohave quit "yacking"! I remember when we used to have a dobie, named Sheba and I wouldhave to cook rice for her too!

No!!!!!
I've been working on the kids bedroom. Ugh! So much stuff. Yesterday I painted and today I feel like someone ran over me with a truck. Waiting for their new furniture to arrive. And after last night writing to you that yack was yuck, my 13 year old got a migraine that left him yacking half the night. I found him snuggled up in bed with me this morning after hubby left for work. Thankfully he is okay now. Hope you feel better, too. Hugs and best wishes, Tammy
Hi Lulu, I have 3 cats so I know all about yacking! And they are particularly fond of doing it in my craft supply room!
Hope you're feeling good!
Love & hugs, Pam
So...you are not quite 100% if you are feeling "yuck" after the furbies have been so sick. Given that your body's immune system will still be low from the surgery, not a wonder.
I know you will be following all of the Commander's instructions to rest and not do too much...cleaning cabinets, organizing craft supplies...uh huh. Maybe just a little too much, too soon???
Behave and get well!!! ♥ :)
I tried to organize my ribbon hell yesterday and ended up throwing it all in a basket. I suspect they will mate and I'll get a littler of pompoms or rickrack. I hope you feel better soon! Keep sipping that tea, sista! xox
Oh my! It's not surprising you may not feel great after cleaning up dog yack for a couple days and having surgery just a few weeks ago. Lay back and get some rest. Meditate on healing and have some tea. Things will be right as rain in no time :D
Oh No, can people get "dog flu" Oh it can't be, maybe you should take the day off from cleaning and read blogs, take care of yourself!
Carol
Grab a jar of Mentholatum, slather it on your neck and go to sleep, who cares what it smells like....it works! Then you can still head west...away from upchuckin fur babies:) xoxox
Well you just march yourself over here to my house and get to work on organizing my closet. On second thought never mind. If you get lost in there I don't want to be responsible for your family never seeing you again.
Gargle with salt water and then take equal parts of lemon juice, honey, and whiskey. I believe what my grandmother told me. However, she also said hot flashes would go away if you put a pan of water under your bed...
Feel better sweetie!
Lisa
Oh no, I hope you don't get sick, LuLu! Organizing your studio seems like a good task to get started with, without straining yourself. You're not straining yourself, are you? : ) I still have to get my little room in order; I need one more piece in there and I'm thinking a narrow bookshelf to get the rest of the stuff up off the floor might be good. A trip to Salvation Army may be called for!
Germs are the enemy!!! I've got them again. I'm currently breathing through half a nostril.
I love your organizing though! Organizing always makes me happy...
Cheers to happy straightening and healthy days.
You must have caught Lupinus-yakitus... (Dog germs!)
